Nancy Hart, MBA, CMPE
Managing Director

Nancy Hart consults, educates and lectures nationwide on integrating whole-person, mind-body, and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) into organizations of all sizes. Her work includes business planning, strategy, improvements and comprehensive integrations. She has worked successfully with over 175 businesses and hospitals/clinics in the last thirteen years in transforming health from both the consulting and the employer sides.

Ms. Hart combines her entrepreneurial spirit and holistic beliefs to advise her clients. She understands the necessary steps to create and run comprehensive, cost effective and medically based integrative health and wellness programs.

Ms. Hart has held many management positions with 20 years of overall experience, and is a popular contributor to trade newsletters and books. She received an MBA in finance from The Johns Hopkins University and a BS in training and development from The University of Houston. She is a board-certified member of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (CMPE). Ms. Hart understands the profound healing abilities of natural medicine, and has been certified in many powerful therapies such as Reiki, Pranic Healing and Journeywork.

Colleen Perkins, MBA, MSM
Director of Wellness and Benefits

Colleen Perkins is an award-winning health and wellness expert with nearly 13 years of experience in the field. Ms. Perkins has assisted with health management promotions in all areas such as the development, integration, communication and promotion strategy phases, E-Health platforms, EAPs, benefits, 401K, disability, compensation and overall strategy.

Ms. Perkins worked on the employer side as well as the supplier side with roles as strategic health management consultant for the Mayo Clinic where she assisted with comprehensive health and productivity goals, objectives and implementation. Prior to that she worked at Coors Brewing Company and led a team that developed and implemented a project with an estimated savings to Coors of over $16 million during a three year period. Her work was instrumental in Coors receiving the prestigious Gold Well Workplace Award (WELCOA).

Ms. Perkins holds both an MBA and an MSM with an emphasis in sports and wellness management from the University of Denver and a BS in combined science from Santa Clara University. She has served on the board of the Colorado Governor's Council for Physical Fitness. Ms. Perkins has taught the Philosophy of Wellness as adjunct faculty at the University of Denver.

Jayne Selby, Ph.D., Th.D., M.S.
Director of Marketing and Business Development

Jayne Selby is an integrative healthcare development, management, facilitation and communications expert. Ms. Selby is experienced in product and service line development, enhancement and promotion, including provider relations, referral development and networking corporately and within the community.
Ms. Selby specializes in healthcare development and research having worked with physicians, health systems and provider networks. She has worked with hospital systems and outpatient centers providing planning, strategy and implementation expertise.

Early in Ms. Selby's career she held senior marketing and financial management positions with major U.S. companies on both the client and consulting side. This gives her a unique insight into the development of effective planning, communications and program development, as well as the managerial experience to bring projects to a successful conclusion.

Ms. Selby's education background includes a PhD in Theology and Health, a PhD in Philosophy, an M.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Business Administration.
